They serve as the bridge between marketing strategy and technical implementation, ensuring that business objectives, customer experiences, and Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities come together in a coherent, scalable, and value-creating way.They must demonstrate a proactive “can-do” attitude, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.Experience in Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, RT-CDP, Adobe Analytics, Target, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Launch/Tags) with a strong understanding of marketing processes, customer journeys, and omnichannel personalization.DescriptionDegree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technology, or a related fieldProven experience acting as the functional bridge between marketing, product owners, and technical MarTech engineering teamsStrong understanding of marketing strategy and customer-experience design, including:Journey orchestrationCampaign planning and executionData-driven experimentation and optimizationHands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, including:Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – profiles, segments, schemasReal-Time CDP – audience creation and activationAdobe Target – activities, audience logic, experimentationAdobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) – journey logic, triggers, business flowsLaunch/Tags – tagging logic at a conceptual levelAbility to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, data needs, and acceptance criteriaExperience writing user stories, functional requirements, and workflow documentationStrong understanding of data flows (what data is needed, where it lives, and how it powers business outcomes)Ability to map customer journeys and identify personalization and activation opportunitiesExperience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative design sessionsComfortable working in agile delivery xcskxlj setups, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT cyclesStrong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business teams and business needs to engineersExperience working with CRM, mobile channels, Puzzle, and other customer-engagement platforms (at a functional level)Understanding of consent, privacy, data governance, and compliance considerationsAbility to align cross-channel teams, ensuring strategy, data, and technology work together seamlesslyProactive in knowledge sharing, documentation, and enabling business teams to leverage MarTech capabilitiesEnthusiastic about continuous learning, new marketing technologies, and emerging personalization trends#J-18808-Ljbffr
