If you're driven by bold ideas and a customer-centric mentality, your next adventure starts here! /p pWe are looking for a talented and tech-savvy bGenAI Engineer /b to join our multi-disciplinary GenAI Product team and play a key role in developing Board AI Agents. /p pAI Agents will be the cornerstone of the next-generation experience offered by the Board platform. The GenAI team is responsible for defining the roadmap, designing the architecture and user experience, and implementing AI agents, covering the entire product lifecycle. /p pAs a GenAI Engineer, you will bring expertise in agentic AI integration, agent configuration, prompt engineering, LLM architecture design, and performance evaluation frameworks to drive innovation and excellence in AI-powered solutions. We embrace flexibility through a bhybrid working schedule /b, with 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home each week, fostering a balance of collaboration and productivity. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with the team to define the optimal agentic AI architecture for Board Assistants. /li liOptimize prompts and configurations to ensure high-quality outputs. /li liDesign and implement a framework for evaluating agentic AI architectures, prompt structures, and LLM mixtures. /li liWork closely with the product manager and solution teams to configure Board Assistants tailored for flagship solutions such as FPA, SOP, and Retail Planning. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSolid experience in software architecture and engineering. /li liIn-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI. /li liStrong expertise in prompt engineering best practices, techniques, and evaluation frameworks. /li liProven experience with the implementation of GenAI systems and with agentic AI configuration, testing, and evaluation. /li liSystem integration skills, particularly in LLM integrations (experience with Azure is a plus). /li liFamiliarity with Agile development processes. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across product management, solutions teams, UX, and engineering. /li liPassion for cutting-edge technologies, with the ability to balance innovation and legacy system integration. /li liOpen-minded and humble, receptive to feedback and new ideas while maintaining a strong vision for technology and architecture. /li /ul h3Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion /h3 pJoin a company that believes in the added value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
