How You’ll Make An Impact
You will organize project teams and assign individual responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability.

Monitor and report on project status, including cost, timing, and staffing, to keep stakeholders informed.
Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards, driving excellence in project delivery.
Identify and resolve obstacles to project completion, maintaining focus on timelines and budgets.
What You Bring
Proven experience as a footprint project manager with a strong background in global operations, preferably in Asia.
A solid foundation in LEAN methodologies, demonstrating your ability to streamline processes.
A strategic mindset, adept at managing complex industrial projects for new product introductions or footprint reorganizations.
Financial acumen for cost, CAPEX, and business case analysis, ensuring sound decision‑making.
Fluent English proficiency to communicate effectively in a matrix organization without hierarchical dependencies.
