Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within high-end restaurant concepts.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and data-driven decision-making.
Legally authorized to work in Spain.
Deep industry insight into culinary trends, hospitality innovations, and evolving customer expectations within the premium dining segment.

Team Leadership & Culture Building – Hire, mentor, and lead a diverse restaurant team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture aligned with brand values.
Guest Experience & Brand Standards – Champion an elevated customer experience, proactively resolving concerns and maintaining consistent service excellence across all touchpoints.
Financial & Strategic Oversight – Lead financial planning, cost management, and revenue analysis to achieve and exceed performance targets. Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth planning.
Operational Efficiency & Compliance – Oversee procurement, stock control, and compliance with all regulatory, hygiene, and brand operating standards.
Business Development & Market Engagement – Support the development and execution of localized marketing initiatives to grow market share and brand loyalty.
