About the Role We are looking for an HR Generalist with Portuguese and demonstrable experience on labor and helath and safety experience in Portugal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the operational heart of HR: a highly hands‑on position with a strong focus on administrative excellence, employee lifecycle processes and labor-related matters, while also supporting the coordination of initiatives and internal events. Responsibilities Administer salary revision/adjustment and reward, bonus & recognition programs, maintain the HR system (Workday in the future) Administer employment contracts Support the planning and execution of On- & Offboarding Manage Recruitment administration and conduct interviews Manage Learning administration and logistics Maintain organizational charts and People metrics & score cards up to date Manage intranet communication, support preparation of Townhalls and other channels of communication with employees Deliver standard HR-related reports on a regular basis to the organization and to relevant external parties such as e.g. authorities Upon request deliver ad hoc HR-related reports to the organization Qualifications Previous HR Experience in Portuguese labor law and health and safety administration Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese is a must Bachelor degree in HR or similar Required Skills Good structural and customer service skills Strong collaboration skills and experience working in an international organization Ability and ambition to drive continuous improvement and development Problem solver, self‑motivated, hands‑on mentality Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and one modern HR system, preferably Workday AI and automatization approach to repetitive/low added value tasks Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
