Workster is collaborating with a leading company to hire German-speaking Customer Service Specialists for their growing team in Malaga - this includes a relocation package if you do not live there currently.This is a full-time role, where you'll handle inbound customer inquiries, provide top-notch service, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or product upgrades. Join a dynamic, supportive team and enjoy working in a vibrant city!The Role- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.- Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshoot issues.- Provide excellent service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upgrading purchased products when applicable.- Work collaboratively with your team to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.Your Qualifications- Excellent German skills (C1 minimum) with good command of English .- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Be customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented.- Possess basic computer literacy and adaptability to learn new systems.- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.The Offer- Attractive base salary plus benefits- Relocation package if you are not in Malaga already- Location: 100% onsite in Malaga, offering a vibrant and multicultural work environment.- Weekly Hours: 39 hours per week.- Opportunities for personal and professional growth within a supportive company culture.
