As part of our growth, we are hiring a P&C Global Standards / People Development Intern (m/f/d) in the Global Learning & Development Department. The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:
MY TASKS
Support the coordination and logistics of global training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
Assist in the administration of learning platforms (LMS), including content uploads, user management, and participation tracking
Support the preparation of communication materials and internal campaigns related to learning and development initiatives
Collect and analyze participant feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of learning programs
Support the Global Performance Appraisal process, including system management, tool preparation, employee support, and issue resolution
Assist in the development of learning content and resources, such as presentations, guides, and e-learning materials
Support the administration of the 360° feedback process and other talent development tools
Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices to support innovation within the Learning & Development area
MY PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Background or interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management
Fluent English and Spanish language skills (C1 level)
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proactive, curious, dynamic, and eager-to-learn profile
Ability to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate with different stakeholders
