Join SD Worx Spain as a Global Process Owner. You will act as a strategic payroll and BPO services business advisor, defining global and local process standards for SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO, and supporting the development of the global target operating model (TOM). Location: hybrid working from Katowice – Poland or Malaga / Granada – Spain. Key Responsibilities Design and define global and local process standards for SAP MPS and BPO payroll and HR services, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with industry best practices. Lead continuous process improvement by identifying optimization opportunities across global and country‑specific processes. Collaborate with country teams and clients to assess process deviations, determine their impact, and recommend the most appropriate solutions that maintain alignment with global standards. Build and maintain the global target operating model (TOM) and country‑specific operating models, integrating global and local standards and best practices. Oversee the creation and maintenance of Process Maps, SOPs, guidelines, and other critical process documentation to ensure consistency across regions. Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about global standards, operating models, and process documentation. Maintain close communication with key stakeholders, including country teams and clients, to ensure consistent application of global standards and process changes. Required Qualifications 8–12 years of experience in HR and payroll outsourcing in an enterprise business environment. Proven experience in process management within global payroll or HR services. Deep understanding of SAP MPS and BPO processes, with a strong focus on global process design and standardization. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement global process standards and create operating models across multiple countries. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both country teams and clients to navigate process deviations, provide solutions, and resolve conflicts. Strong strategic thinking with a focus on operational excellence and continuous process optimization. Experience in creating and managing process documentation, Process Maps, SOPs, and training materials. Knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and automation technologies (e.G., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP cloud payroll, PCC, ADP, RPA, AI‑driven solutions). Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and work effectively in a matrixed environment. Preferred Skills Experience with BPMN tooling (Enterprise Architecture, LeanIX, Visio, SAP Signavio). Process improvement certifications (Six Sigma, Lean, cert.) and change management certifications (Prosci). Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
