CAPEX approval files, and internal databases. /li liGuarantee traceability of supplier communications, evaluation criteria, and decision-making records /li liSupport internal and external audits by providing the required sourcing documentation /li liCreate and manage tender IDs for CAPEX projects, coordinate signature workflows (NDA, contracts, investment approvals), and prepare cost comparison matrixes including technical and total-cost-of-ownership criteria. /li liReceive and process offers, engineering documents, technical evaluations, and support stakeholders with PR/PO issues related to machinery, equipment, and facility investments /li liSupport onboarding of industrial and technical suppliers, manage master data updates, vendor creation requests, and bank detail verification. /li liCoordinate qualification steps such as safety requirements, factory acceptances, and quality or compliance documentation /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field /li liFluent English and Spanish required.
