ppThe space sector is experiencing an unprecedented period of growth, creating new opportunities for innovation, connectivity, and exploration. To support this expansion, we are looking to further strengthen our bSpace Systems Engineering /b capabilities with the goal of designing, structuring, and delivering high-value technological solutions across all phases of proposal development, system architecture, and mission design within our international projects. /p h3What challenge will you be taking on? /h3 ul liIntegrating ground segment solutions with the different elements that make up complex space missions. /li liParticipating in the preparation of technical proposals (bids), ensuring technical consistency, feasibility, and added value for the customer. /li liCollaborating in the coordination of technical contributions across multiple subsystems, including Ground Segment components such as MCS, FDS, MPS, and PDGS, as well as the satellite, launcher, operators, communication antennas, flight segment, payload data processing, and communications systems. /li liContributing to effort estimation, technical planning, and risk assessment during the bidding and proposal phase. /li liWorking closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define and negotiate competitive technical solutions. /li liContributing to systems engineering activities and high-level architectural decisions within international environments. /li /ul h3What do we need in our team? /h3 ul liAt least 5–8 years of experience in Space Systems Engineering or in other complex industries such as aerospace, defense, or telecommunications. /li liExperience with Ground Segment systems, including Monitoring Control (MC), operations, and mission data processing. /li liStrong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent English. /li liWillingness to travel, primarily within Europe, with occasional travel to North America and Asia. /li liExperience in proposal development, pre-sales, or complex bid engineering. /li liKnowledge of systems architecture tools and MBSE. /li liINCOSE or PMP certifications. /li liKnowledge of cloud computing applied to systems. /li liFamiliarity with real mission environments (satellite operations, ground control systems). /li liExperience in institutional space programs or New Space initiatives. /li liAdditional languages: German, French, or Italian. /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 ul liHybrid working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area. /li liFlexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours Fridays and in summer. /li liPersonalized career plan development, training and language learning support. /li liNational and international mobility.
