Group Employment & Labour Relations Intern The role: The Group Employment & Labour Relations Intern will be a key member of the HR ERLR team, reporting to the Group ERLR Advisor. The role will be based in Madrid. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual, eager to start a career in Human Resources with a particular interest in employment and labor relations. Previous experience in this field is not required; what matters most is curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the drive to contribute. The ERLR Intern will work side by side with the ERLR team to support strategic projects and initiatives across the company, including employment contracts, global labor relations frameworks, and reporting systems. The role will provide exposure to employment practices across all countries where the company operates, helping ensure consistency, compliance, and the successful implementation of HR initiatives on a global scale. Responsibilities will include: Employment Contracts and related agreements: Support drafting, reviewing, and tracking employment contracts across our countries. Database, Reporting, and Tracking Systems: Assist in reviewing, improving, and maintaining employee databases and tracking systems, including implementing new processes to ensure data accuracy. Support the collection, harmonization, and analysis of ERLR data to strengthen reporting capabilities. Contribute to the development and implementation of reporting tools and dashboards, including the ERLR Dashboard, with a focus on ESG and DEI-related data. Help consolidate data and extract insights to support departmental projects and decision-making. Employee & Labour Relations projects: Support global employment and labor projects across all our countries. Assist in research and analysis of local employment laws, labor relations practices, and workforce policies. Support the development of an Employment & Labour Framework to standardize practices and guide decision-making across countries. Administrative Support and Invoice Management: Provide essential administrative assistance to the ERLR department. Organize and accurately file contracts and other employment-related documents. Ensure all records and documents are maintained in a systematic and accessible manner. Process and track invoices related to the ERLR department. Ensure timely
