As a Group FPu0026amp;A Senior Analyst, you enable data-driven financial insights that shape Galderma’s global planning and performance. You’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly Pu0026amp;L analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve reporting quality. You’ll drive cost transparency, headcount planning, and scenario modelling to support strategy and executive decision-making. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and a pivotal chance to influence growth at a global scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Monthly Pu0026L reporting and analysis with automated reporting and regional insights• Oversee Group OPEX and non-core items management with variance analysis against budget• Headcount reporting and KPI tracking to support workforce planning• Personnel cost planning, forecasting, and analysis (salary costs, variable pay, STI)• Ad hoc financial analyses, scenario modelling, and cross-functional projects including AI-related assessments• Support annual budget and latest outlook processes; prepare EC/Board presentations• Support quarterly and year-end forecast accuracy and insights• Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and performanceResponsabilidades• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field• 7-10 years of FPu0026A, corporate finance experience• Experience in cosmetics, consumer xcskxlj goods, or pharma-related sectors preferred• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data• Advanced Excel and solid financial modeling capabilities• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills• Excellent communication and presentation abilities• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills• Ability to work in a multinational team and manage multiple prioritiesRequisitos principales•
