If you enjoy working with data, optimizing campaigns, and seeing the direct impact of your work, we'd love to meet you.YOUR IMPACTYou'll play a key role in our performance marketing strategy, with a strong initial focus on SEM across multiple European markets. Working closely with the team, you'll optimize our main acquisition channel while helping us explore and develop new growth opportunities as we continue to scale. Your work will have a direct impact on Ticketdoor's growth.WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop and manage paid search strategies across multiple markets and languages.Own bidding strategy, keyword architecture, and continuous A/B testing.Use data and analytics to drive down CPA and push ROAS higher.Partner cross-functionally with SEO, Content, and Creative to align messaging and landing experiences.Contribute to future social media initiatives, bringing your experience to help shape and grow this channel as we start investing in it.Track industry and platform trends (AI-driven bidding, automation, privacy changes) to keep our paid search strategy ahead of the curve.Report performance clearly to both technical and business stakeholders, translating numbers into actionable insight.WHO YOU ARE5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.Deep expertise in SEM strategy, bid management, and keyword optimization.Strong analytical skills, comfortable with campaign tracking tools and translating data into action.Experience running A/B tests and optimizing landing pages for conversion.Track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI.Experience with social media strategy or management is a plus, as we're looking to grow this channel in the future.Genuine curiosity about the travel industry, paired with an analytical and creative mindset.Detail-oriented and strategic, with the communication skills to align technical and non-technical teams around a shared goal.WHY JOIN TICKETDOOR?A collaborative and trust-based environment.A high-impact role with real ownership and autonomy.Competitive salary.Hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 remote.Flexible working hours.Short Fridays.23 working days of PTO, plus your birthday off.Unlimited coffee at the office.Join us and help redefine how the world books travel!
