Overview Growth Specialist sought to understand customer behavior, identify frictions, and improve conversion funnels. The role is the tactical driver of the Growth team, working with the Growth Manager to optimize the user journey from discovery to conversion. Mission: identify opportunities for improvement at each funnel step and turn them into simpler, more efficient experiences for customers. Responsibilities Analyze and audit our conversion funnels to pinpoint where we win or lose opportunities. Combine quantitative and qualitative data to identify real frictions in the user experience. Use digital analytics tools, heatmaps, and session recordings to detect improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the commercial team to understand questions, objections, and barriers faced by potential customers. Design improvement proposals for hiring and onboarding processes. Create wireframes and functional prototypes in Figma to validate new experiences and flows. Design and optimize automations and communications sequences to accompany leads to conversion. Manage changes and experiments directly in our CMS to accelerate execution and learning. Research best practices in product, growth, and user experience from global leaders. Propose new ideas, tools, and ways of working to grow faster and better. What you\'ll need Between 2 and 4 years of experience in Growth, CRO, CRM, Marketing Automation, or Product Marketing. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 for analyzing funnels, segments, and user behavior. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and event measurement. Ability to create wireframes and functional prototypes in Figma . Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools. Comfort managing content and making changes in modern CMS . Ability to translate complex data into clear actions. High level of Spanish and English . Nice to have Experience optimizing funnels with hybrid selling processes (digital + commercial team). Experience with visual analytics tools such as Hotjar, Clarity, or similar. Experience with Storyblok or Zoho CRM. Passion for user experience and simplifying complex processes. Proactiveness in spotting opportunities before they are requested.
