At POSTCODE , we are looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join our team in Madrid working across POSTCODE Atocha and POSTCODE Chueca , with occasional remotely support for POSTCODE Liberdade (Lisbon) in case of operational needs. Your mission will be to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding stay, from check-in to check-out, while coordinating daily operations and supporting the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payments in the PMS. Assist guests throughout their stay, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain high-quality standards. Monitor apartment access, occupancy, and inventory. Prepare daily reports and maintain communication with the Head of Operations. Support guest feedback management and VIP guest experiences. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception/front desk, ideally in serviced apartments. Degree in Tourism or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Native Spanish and advanced English (other languages are a plus). Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency with MS Office, PMS, Channel Manager, and industry tools. Availability to travel occasionally.
