About the Job Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Guest Relations Agent you will engage with guests throughout their stay, identify their preferences and ensure a memorable experience. Duties Coordinate and communicate guest preferences with all relevant departments to ensure seamless service. Monitor and update guest profiles in the PMS system, ensuring accurate records of preferences and past experiences. Prepare personalized letters for guest arrivals. courtesy calls to long‑stay guests and those celebrating special occasions, ensuring exceptional experiences. Ensure and maintain an extremely high standard of personal hygiene, behaviour and grooming standards. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Guest Relations Manager. Experience and education Previous experience in the same role is preferred. Technical Skills Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts (day, afternoon, and night). Well‑groomed appearance, adhering to the hotel’s grooming standards. Basic IT skills, with proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and hotel management systems (e.g., HMS, Opera, Fidelio or similar PMS).
