This is a full-time position, remote or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required.ResponsibilitiesArchitect the "Dual-Brand" strategy to align David Laroche's personal brand with Paradox's company brand without cannibalization.Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that challenge conventional approaches in the Self-Help industry.Define distinct, sharp editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, and Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.Take Radical Concepting & End-to-End Delivery: write hooks, storyboard narratives, and ensure final cuts match the vision; source and onboard specialists as needed.Treat the founder as the "Actor" on set: ensure scripts, set, and direction minimize the founder's mental load and maximize on-camera performance.Command the Content Factory: lead internal teams (Factory Manager, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, etc.) and uphold the Paradox Standard of aesthetics and storytelling.Fuel the Growth Engine: view content as a primary acquisition channel by collaborating with the Head of Growth; analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale what works.QualificationsProven Content Builder: experience growing a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views) and understanding of virality and retention.Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and giving feedback that elevates quality.Elite Scripting Skills: ability to present scripts that performed well and to craft engaging narratives for long-form content.Performance Fluency: experience delivering content that drives business results (ads, launches, conversions).Language: French—Native or bilingual; English—Fluent; written communications in English.Personal AttributesIntolerant to Mediocrity: strong attention to detail in fonts, cuts, and headlines.Psychology Obsessed: analyzes why people click, share, and what emotions drive engagement.A "Doer" with Authority: capable of executing scripts, direction, and edits with minimal supervision.No Ego, Just Impact: data-driven pivoting and readiness to ship new concepts quickly.Other DetailsAbout Paradox: focus on AI personalization, lean experimentation, and deep psychological understanding to translate insight into transformation; aim to build the Operating System for Greatness.Location: remote-first with options for Dubai, Lisbon, or Paris offices.Languages: English for written communication; French fluency required.How to ApplyClick on "Apply for this position" and fill out the short questionnaire (7–8 minutes) and attach your CV.Hiring ProcessA 6–8 minute application survey.A 15–30 minute video call with HR to assess fit.A video call with the VP Marketing to review background and alignment.A culture-fit video call to assess values and culture alignment.Reference calls to gain insights into your work style.Welcome aboardAbout Our Hiring ProcessOur recruitment process aims to ensure fit for both sides.
