We’re working with a fast-growing mobile gaming company looking for a Head of Data & Automation to build and lead their data, analytics, and automation capabilities.This role sits at the intersection of product, monetization, growth, and engineering, with a strong focus on enabling data-driven decision-making and scaling operations through automation and AI.Key Responsibilities• Own and scale the company’s data ecosystem• Ensure data accuracy and a single source of truth across systems• Develop and improve predictive models (LTV, revenue, retention)• Drive automation across reporting, analytics, and workflows• Deliver actionable insights to product, growth, and leadership teams• Implement AI-driven tools and processesRequirements• Strong experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering• Background in tech, gaming, or digital product environments• Proven experience with predictive modeling (ideally LTV forecasting)• Solid understanding of product, monetization, and growth analytics• Experience building automation systems• Interest or experience in applying AI to business processes• Strong cross-functional collaboration skillsWhy apply?A high-impact leadership role with direct influence on how a company scales its data and decision-making capabilities.
