As Head of FP&A, you will own the full financial function and be a key strategic partner to the founders, driving financial strategy, operational rigor, and investor alignment.This is a highly hands-on role : you will start as an individual contributor.You will:Own and execute all financial operations, including FP&A, accounting, and cash management.Define and lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Build and maintain financial models to guide strategic decision‑making and scenario analysis.Own investor reporting and board materials.Define, track, and drive company KPIs across teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.).Ensure strong financial discipline, visibility, and control across the organization.Build scalable processes, systems, and infrastructure for future growth.We’re looking for a Head of FP&A who combines strategic thinking with strong hands‑on execution capability.Previous experience as Head of FP&A or similar finance leadership in a VC-backed startup.Strong experience managing finance in dynamic, high-growth environments.Proven ability to operate hands‑on without a team and build finance functions from scratch.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills in Excel.Solid accounting and financial reporting knowledge.Strong business judgment and data‑driven mindset.Comfortable operating in an fast‑paced startup environment.Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (hybrid role).Competitive salary aligned with your experience and impact.Flexible compensation plan (transport, restaurants, baby daycare…)Hybrid remote flexibility (work part of the week remotely, with periods of full remote).The latest tools and tech to do your job.#J-18808-Ljbffr
