We are looking for a highly motivated People Intern to join our HR team and support a wide range of HR processes across People Operations, HR Administration, Reporting, and People Development. This internship provides hands‑on exposure in an international environment, offering the opportunity to work closely with HRBPs and global HR stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Assist in onboarding tasks, documentation and preparations
Support employee queries related to HR operations
Prepare and update recurring HR reports, dashboards, and presentations
Consolidate data from multiple sources to support decision‑making
Maintain HR System inputs and employee records
Update org charts
Draft, review and track employment contracts, amendments, and internship agreements
Support digital file management and archiving
Support data collection and validation before payroll cut‑off
Assist with benefits documentation and compliance requirements
Support the creation, follow‑up, and tracking of purchase orders
Support global people development, engagement, and learning programs
Participate in HR process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, Labour Relations, or related fields
Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Power BI is desirable
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
