**LC-2209-46****HR MANAGER****BARCELONA****Functions****Lead the HR team**:- By creating a vision and coordinating action- By ensuring a high level of engagement and developing the employees- Represent to the company internally and externally- By representing to the company in its relations with its employees as well as in its relations with third parties- Support the managers (business partnering):- By understanding how the business operates, its strategic drivers and its purpose- By developing meaningful relationships with key people and teams across the scope of responsibility and connecting with curiosity, purpose and impact - asking the right questions and understanding where HR can create the most value- By supporting relevant functions in the elaboration of business cases, taking care specifically, of the HR related cost- By helping managers to shape organization as to face future challenges- By providing managers the needed input during budgeting process related to personnel expenses- By leading with integrity - having the courage and confidence to challenge the business and its leaders- Conduct Employee Representative Bodies and ensure a good quality of life at work:- By ensuring a good social climate and a healthy/secure working environment- By promoting diversity and inclusion- By ensuring a legal and social watch- By chairing work council meetings and committees- Deliver or supervise HR operations**Requirements**:**Must have experience/skills**:- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in General HR-role- Fluent English- Experience in an international and matrix organisation- HR development- Experience + strong analytical mindsetDetalles / DetailsCiudad / CityBarcelona- País / CountryESPAÑA
