We are looking for anHR Operations & Payroll Managerto lead HR administration and payroll for Spain within a global healthcare company. This role will manage a team ofHR professionals, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all HR processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of HR specialists.Oversee HR operations: employee lifecycle, data management, contracts.Manage payroll processes for Spain, ensuring compliance with local regulations.Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external providers.Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with global HR standards.Requirements:7+ years of experience in HR operations and payroll.Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll regulations.Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.
