Join us and let's power the future together.We are seeking a dynamic and versatileHRBP/HR Generalistto support our growing operations in Spain. This role will serve as a critical link between our Spanish team, the European HQ in Munich, and our global HQ in China. This position will handle local HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment, while providing essential administrative and generalist support to our Pan-European HR team. This position requires a mix of local expertise and cross-cultural competency to bridge our international operations.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across EuropePartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects our company values.HR Administration & OperationsMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Spanish labor laws.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.Administer benefits, leave policies, and HR-related queries.General HR SupportSupport performance management cycles and employee development initiatives.Assist in implementing global HR programs and policies at the local level.Contribute to HR projects and process improvements across the region.Cross-Cultural LiaisonFacilitate smooth communication and understanding between European operations and Global HQ (China).Support the integration of Chinese corporate culture within European context.Qualifications:2-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist or a similar role.Business-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and English(both spoken and written).Experience in the energy, technology, or renewable energies sector preferred.Solid understanding of Spanish labor law, employment regulations, and social security systems.Proven experience with recruitment and talent acquisition.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed international team.
