Key Responsibilities

Design and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
Support managers and teams in talent management, performance, and development processes.
Coordinate training programs and career development plans.
Lead organizational improvement, workplace climate, and cultural initiatives.
Manage labor relations and collaborate in key recruitment processes.
Analyze HR metrics and propose improvement actions.

What we’re looking for :

5 years of experience in HRBP roles, ideally in logistics or industrial sectors.
Strong background in organizational development, training, and labor relations.
Strategic mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Degree in Psychology, Business, Labor Relations or similar.
