Human Resources Generalist (Confidential) Madrid (Hybrid) ️ Start date: Immediate Department: Human Resources / People & Culture About the Role A confidential international company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support and manage key HR processes in a dynamic and multicultural environment. The role requires a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented professional who can handle recruitment, HR administration, onboarding, learning support and daily coordination with managers. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, feedback and candidate communication. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure smooth hiring processes. Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives. HR Administration Manage employee lifecycle documentation: onboarding, contract changes, offboarding. Coordinate with external providers (occupational health, training, payroll, etc.). Maintain and update internal HR systems and employee records. Support in preparing reports and assisting with internal/external audits. People Operations Collaborate on internal HR projects (culture, engagement, internal communication, training). Provide support to employees, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism and timely responses. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields. Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (preferred).Y Experience with Payroll, preferably Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or generalist HR roles. Fluency (C1 level) in English, French and Spanish – written and spoken. Intermediate Excel skills. Experience with recruitment tools or HR software is a plus.
