Purpose of the function:The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely administration of all personnel-related processes within the factory, including payroll support, contract management, agency workforce coordination, employee data maintenance, and compliance with labour regulations. Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Personnel Administration: employee files, contracts, updatesPayroll Support: validate inputs, track absences, overtime, deductionsAgency Workers: coordinate staffing agencies, track attendance and contractsCompliance & Reporting: prepare HR metrics, support auditsEmployee Support: respond to inquiries, assist onboarding/offboardingParticipate as a company representative in meetings with employee representatives and trade unions, preparing documentation and ensuring consistent communication.Knowledge of payroll and HR admin processesHRIS and time/attendance systemsUnderstanding labour regulationsAccuracy in data managementCollaboration with production leadersHigh integrity and confidentialityAbility to work with diverse workforceFluent in English and Spanish2-3 years in HR admin or payroll.Factory experience preferredAgency coordination experience beneficial Why This Role is a Good Opportunity:At Gurit, you'll be part of a collaborative international team where your skills and expertise will be valued.
