Your mission, if you accept it... Design and optimize advanced prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs). Translate business needs into real, value-driven Generative AI use cases. Implement GenAI solutions integrated into products and business processes. Define best practices, guidelines, and prompt engineering patterns. Train, support, and mentor other developers and technical teams. Act as an internal reference for applied AI. Requirements Solid experience as an AI Engineer / AI Developer working with Generative AI. Strong hands-on expertise in prompt engineering and advanced use of LLMs. Proven experience bringing AI solutions into real production environments. Clear ability to explain, teach, and scale knowledge across teams. Technical, autonomous profile with a strong impact-oriented mindset. Who is Astek Iberia?
