Ensure completeness and usability. Follow up and unblock when information is missing. Maintain the project factsheet and living documentation in Notion.Implementation coordination—Provide production (MarTech & Tech) with clear, complete inputs. Own the technical requirements checklist (CRM, integrations, feeds, access). Coordinate timelines and go‑live readiness, including handovers.Architecture & maintenance—Own how knowledge and workspaces are structured. Design coherent structures for each client/project. Standardize templates and SOPs.
