Position : Influencer & Brand Promotion Officer
Location : C3S Business School, Barcelona
Overview :
C3S Business School is seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented Influencer & Brand Promotion Officer who can independently create, shoot, and edit promotional videos that drive maximum enrolment and engagement. This role requires a proactive individual who understands what type of content, background, and style attract potential students globally.
Key Responsibilities :

Independently plan, create, shoot, and edit influencer-style videos aligned with C3S branding.
Travel locally and internationally for video shoots to capture engaging and high-quality content.
Host and manage bi-monthly or tri-monthly post-casting sessions, including interviews with CEOs, faculty members, and visiting dignitaries.
Act as the campus representative for visiting agents, consultants, and delegations by showcasing the campus and clearly explaining C3S programs and benefits.
Visit embassies and partner institutions to promote C3S Business School.
Accompany sales staff on international trips to support video content creation and promotional activities.
Develop a strong understanding of all C3S programs to effectively communicate offerings to potential students, agents, and partners.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand awareness and improve enrolment conversions.
Manage all communications professionally, demonstrating strong engagement and negotiation skills.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an influencer or in content creation, video editing, and on-camera presentation.
Excellent communication skills with a confident, engaging, and presentable on-camera presence.
Strong negotiation skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
High standards of appearance and grooming, suitable for representing C3S Business School globally.
Ability to work independently and willingness to travel frequently.
Strong understanding of current social media and influencer trends to maximize reach and engagement.
Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, C3S Business School programs in detail.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
