Overview
In this role you will design and lead complex instructional programs to support learning objectives across diverse media. You will partner with internal stakeholders to shape end-to-end training strategies and define success metrics. You will analyze tasks and performance to inform objectives and continuously improve program effectiveness. You will coach teams on instructional design processes and share best practices to scale impact in a global healthcare setting.
ResponsabilidadesLead, design, and develop complex instructional activities using various media to achieve learning objectivesPartner with internal stakeholders to develop end-to-end training strategiesDefine training program outcomes and success metrics with key stakeholdersDevelop criteria for evaluating training effectiveness and align evaluation approaches with outcomesConduct job, task, and performance analyses to develop training objectivesEngage learners and stakeholders to test and validate instructional designProvide coaching and consulting on the instructional design process and expected deliverablesUse evaluation results to improve program design and execution and share lessons learnedMay supervise contractors or vendors to develop, translate, or administer training programsPerform other incidental duties as assigned by Leadership
Requisitos principalesBachelor in Education6 years related adult learning experience with course design and multiple delivery methodsFluent in English and Spanishexcellent written and verbal communicationinterpersonal relationship skills and consultative capabilitystrong leadership and influence to drive changeMS Office SuiteLMSArticulate
