We’re looking for a **Business Development Manager – Insurance** to drive growth by acquiring strategic partners, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet evolving client needs.**Job Responsibilities*** **Drive Growth:** Identify and onboard new clients and strategic partners for HBX Group’s travel insurance offerings.* **Develop Value Propositions:** Tailor insurance solutions to partner needs and negotiate optimal agreements.* **Execute Strategy:** Implement commercial plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends.* **Optimize Performance:** Enhance go-to-market strategies and product offerings to maximize conversion and revenue.* **Collaborate Across Teams:** Work closely with Fintech, Distribution, Marketing, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions.* **Build Relationships:** Represent HBX Group at industry events and maintain strong external partnerships.**Required Skills & Experience*** Proven experience in **business development**, **sales pipeline management**, and **contract negotiation**.* Strong knowledge of **travel industry** and **insurance products**, including regulatory landscape.* Commercial acumen with ability to structure profitable agreements.* Data-driven decision-making and strategic planning skills.* Excellent communication in **English**; fluency in another European language (Spanish, Italian, German, or French) preferred.* Previous experience in **travel insurance sales or distribution** is an advantage.* Relevant insurance qualification (e.g., Dip CII or ACII) or equivalent experience.* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate effectively, and embrace change.Be part of a fast-growing team, work on innovative insurance solutions, and make an impact in a global organization.*You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
