About the roleWe’re looking for acurious and technically-minded Integration Specialistto join our Integrations team atFlanks. You’ll work closely with our partners and internal teams to design, maintain and improve software integrations that power our financial data platform. Your mission will be tounderstand how our partners’ software works ,ensure seamless integrations, andhelp internal teams and clientsmake the most of these connections. You’ll act as the bridge between the technical and non-technical worlds — translating needs, solving issues, and constantly finding ways to make our systems smarter and more efficient. What you'll doCollaborate with external partners tounderstand their APIs, data models, and technical requirements. Design, test, and maintainintegration workflowsusing tools like Postman, SQL, and Python. UseGitHubfor version control and collaboration. Troubleshoot and resolve integration incidents, coordinating with providers when necessary. Support internal teams (CSM, Product, Data) by explaining how integrations work and how they can be optimized. Proactively identify improvements and contribute to automation or process enhancements. Document integration processes and maintain clear technical references. What we'd love to seeSolid understanding ofAPIs(REST/JSON) and experience testing them withPostman. Good command ofSQLfor querying and analyzing data. Experience usingPythonfor automation or data handling. Basic experience withGitHub(pull requests, branching, reviewing code). Ability to communicate effectively withtechnical and non-technical stakeholders. Acurious mindset, structured working habits, and a strong sense of ownership. Language Proficiency : Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment.
