Overview
Use strong quantitative and analytical abilities to integrate and assess data
Develop customized analysis tools
Synthesize analytical results to provide action-oriented recommendations
Work with clients and team members to develop and implement innovative solutions
Take initiative in both client engagements and internal projects
Communicate results and discuss issues with project teams and, on occasion, clients
Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables
The role requires a high level of creative thinking and problem solving, combined with strong quantitative, interpersonal and team-working skills. Occasional travel may be required.
Responsibilities
The candidate will assume the following key responsibilities:
Management of challenging situations and resolution of client issues through the development of valuable and implementable recommendations
Execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sources
Articulate and concise communication with global management leaders and preparation of effective summaries
Execution, oriented by case manager, of final deliverables
Qualifications
Little is seeking candidates with these specified qualifications:
Currently coursing undergraduate studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) with a strong academic record – degree should be awarded from a leading school
Previous relevant experience (e.g., internship) in top companies within their industry is highly valued
Excellent level of English and Spanish is essential – other languages are also desirable
Furthermore, the successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

Energetic, decisive and who respond well under pressure
High achiever with demonstrated creative and entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to adapt and integrate quickly with new cultures and organizations
Strong interpersonal/communication skills with clients, employees, professional staff and the community.
Willing to travel.
