Welcome to the global world of Finance at HARIBO! In our 24-month International Graduate Program Finance – G.R.O.W. (Graduate Readiness for Opportunities Worldwide) – you will be specifically prepared for a future expert or management role in international Finance. Starting in September 2026! How you’ll contribute to the mix: You will start in your home country and gain international experience through two six-month assignments abroad, i.e. you will spend 2 times six months in your home country and six months abroad two times. You will get to know central areas such as Accounting & Tax, Commercial Controlling and/or Operations Controlling You take on responsibility early on, work on strategic projects and end-to-end processes and actively contribute with your ideas At the same time, you will complete an in-service training course in finance/tax (Master‘s level, country-specific) HARIBO-specific joint training with other finance graduates and personal mentoring will support your development You will build up an international HARIBO network and play an active role in shaping it You will lay the foundation to apply for an advanced Finance role across any of our global locations Can you supply our essential ingredients? Ambition and motivation to start your career in finance in the food industry A degree with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting Practical experience in finance (e.g. through internships and / or apprenticeship) Enjoy international cooperation and intercultural exchange Analytical skills and an interest in working with complex numbers Initiative, a sense of accountability and a desire for personal development Fluency in English and an enthusiasm for learning additional languages The sweet stuff: HARIBO and your manager are there to support you as you develop your skills and advance your career, both in Spain and internationally.
