As an IT Application Analyst in the Order to Invoice (OTI) area, you will work closely with the OTI business organization, the Application Manager and development teams to analyse, design and improve SAP-related business processes. Your role will focus on understanding business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of system enhancements within the SAP ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business processes and SAP systems, translating business needs into functional solutions and collaborating with development teams to deliver improvements, rather than focusing purely on SAP configuration. Gathering and analysing business requirements related to Order to Invoice / Order to Cash processes Collaborating with SAP consultants, developers and integration teams to implement changes and improvements Participating in testing activities (UAT, functional validation, regression testing) Supporting continuous improvement initiatives for SAP-based business processes Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams Contributing to the delivery and evolution of IT services supporting the OTI function You are a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst with a solid understanding of SAP and Order-to-Cash processes , comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams in an international environment. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or similar ~3+ years of experience in SAP-related roles (Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or SAP Consultant)~ Good understanding of Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Invoice processes ~ Experience working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments ~ Strong knowledge of SAP SD, MM or PP modules ~ Exposure to other SAP modules such as FI/CO or related finance processes is considered a plus ~ Experience supporting UAT and system enhancements ~ Fluent English Experience with SAP integrations or platforms connected to SAP (e.g. SAP BTP, CPI, middleware tools) Experience working with Agile methodologies Exposure to SAP Fiori or modern SAP interfaces You also have the possibility to be part of the team delivering the most important ERP solution development project we’ve met so far in Sanoma Learning.
