In this role, you will define and execute the global IT strategy aligned with business goals. You will lead governance, risk, and compliance while driving digital transformation across cloud, automation, data analytics, and security. You will build and mentor a high-performance IT team and manage the budget and vendor relationships. You will partner with the Executive Committee to communicate technology direction and oversee major IT projects. This position offers a strategic opportunity to shape technology-enabled growth in a complex, multinational context.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Define and lead the global IT strategy aligned with business objectives• Establish and oversee IT governance, policies, standards, and procedures• Drive digital transformation initiatives (cloud, automation, data analytics, infra modernization, cybersecurity)• Lead and develop the IT team (managers, architects, cybersecurity, infrastructure)• Manage end-to-end IT budget, investments, and ROI• Collaborate with Executive Committee and stakeholders for strategy and presentations• Oversee IT project portfolio ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget• Negotiate/manage relationships with vendors and strategic partners• Define and supervise cybersecurity strategy ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, data) to strengthen competitive advantageResponsabilidades• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or postgraduate studies in Technology Management valued• Minimum 10 years IT experience with at least 5 years xcskxlj in senior leadership (Director) roles• Proven experience leading cybersecurity strategy and policy frameworks• Strong track record managing large-scale IT projects in complex environments• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, software development, data management, and cybersecurity• Familiarity with AI, IoT, and automation• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving organizational change• Fluent in English• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and executive-level communicationRequisitos principales•
