Experteer Overview
As Director of IT SAP Infrastructure, you will lead the SAP landscape for Radisson Hotel Group and Louvre Hotels Group, ensuring scalable and secure platforms across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will define and execute a technology strategy aligned with digital transformation goals, translating business needs into robust SAP architectures. You will oversee 24x7 operations, governance, and vendor partnerships while driving modernization, automation, and cost efficiency. Responsabilidades
• SAP technical architecture and infrastructure integration across complex enterprise environments
• SAP NetWeaver & System Administration (Basis, monitoring, tuning, lifecycle management)
• SAP Migrations & Upgrades at enterprise scale
• SAP & Cloud Operations across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud
• 10+ years of Enterprise IT consulting experience in SAP/IT solutions
• Software development and automation capabilities (Python, Go, JavaScript, Ruby)
• Enterprise Architecture experience designing large-scale SAP/IT infrastructure for global companies
• Big Data & analytics familiarity (Hadoop, Spark, Teradata, Redshift) to integrate with SAP
• Minimum 10 years of international leadership experience managing global teams and vendors
• Hospitality experience is desirable
• Broad SAP knowledge across platform stack and SAP integration
• TMS experience
• Travel readiness up to 30%
• University degree in relevant field; project management qualification preferred
