Key Responsibilities
ProvideLevel 1 IT supportvia phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
TroubleshootWindows OS, hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Performpassword resets, account unlocks, and basic Active Directory tasks
SupportMicrosoft Office / O365 / Outlook / Teamsissues
Assist users withVPN, network, and connectivityproblems
Provideremote and onsite supportwhen required
Escalate unresolved issues toL2/L3 teamswith proper documentation
FollowITIL processes, security policies, and standard operating procedures
Maintain asset and inventory records
Ensure customer satisfaction andSLA compliance
Its a dispatch on demand role.
