Job DescriptionAs an IT Manufacturing Leader (MES Administrator), you will drive the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems that support plant operations and business objectives. You will act as a key link between Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Automation, and IT teams to ensure reliable, secure, and innovative digital solutions across the production environment.ResponsibilitiesLead manufacturing IT projects from requirements definition through deployment, ensuring alignment with business, operational, and corporate objectives.Manage the integration of manufacturing systems with enterprise applications, customer platforms, automation equipment, and shop floor technologies.Lead, coach, and develop the manufacturing IT team by promoting technical growth, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational autonomy.Act as the primary interface between Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, IT, and external partners for MES, traceability, and operational reporting solutions.Support digitalization, automation, advanced manufacturing, and innovation initiatives that improve operational performance and efficiency.Ensure compliance with corporate IT security standards, policies, and governance requirements across manufacturing applications, equipment, and infrastructure.Deliver robust traceability solutions and support successful industrialization and new product launches through effective project coordination.Develop and maintain production KPI dashboards, including OEE, efficiency, and quality metrics, while supporting CAPEX and continuous improvement initiatives.Experience Requirements5+ years of experience in manufacturing IT, MES administration, or industrial systems management.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Experience integrating manufacturing systems with ERP, automation, traceability, and shop floor technologies.Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production processes, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams, with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.Equal Opportunity EmployerLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit‑based employment practices and equal opportunity.We provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
