Therefore, being a NEXTER means that your career and talent become meaningful to you and those around you, allowing you to build what matters most to you and reach your next level.We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team for a multinational leader in the insurance and financial services sector.ResponsibilitiesLead complex IT and business transformation projects from initiation to closure.Ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resources and dependencies.Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables following PMO governance.Provide regular status reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.Manage risks, issues, and changes proactively throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate multidisciplinary and distributed teams, including external vendors and offshore partners.Ensure high-quality delivery through robust quality assurance processes.Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in project management.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.High level of English, both written and spoken.Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or ServiceNow SPM.Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and cloud-based environments.Experience in end-to-end project implementations and user testing coordination.Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, German, or Italian.Job Conditions & BenefitsProfessional Development: Access to training programs, certifications, and language courses.Flexible working hours.Equality, Diversity & InclusionJoin our expert team, where creativity, commitment, and the ability to bring new perspectives are essential to make a difference in a world full of opportunities.
