In this IT Recruitment Expert role, you drive end-to-end recruitment for a tech-focused hub within ING Hubs Spain. You collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and strategies, source candidates, and manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to offer. You strengthen relationships with hiring managers and key talent communities, while advancing the employer brand in IT.
