Experteer Overview In this role, you support Amazon’s corporate workforce by delivering on-site, high-quality IT services and resolving hardware and software issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor peers while ensuring secure, uninterrupted productivity. The position emphasizes hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with opportunities to drive continuous improvement. - Deliver on-site diagnostic, troubleshooting and resolution support; assess system health via log analysis
- Provide on-call escalation for high-severity incidents and serve as escalation contact
- Triage and escalate system or network outages to minimize downtime
- Understand and execute change management in a high-availability environment
- Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on improvement projects to achieve operational excellence
- Manage IT asset inventories and oversee lifecycle processes
- Participate in mentoring, hiring, training peers and fostering diverse perspectives
- Continuously expand skills and stay current with IT policies and new technologiesResponsabilidades
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of technical experience in a corporate environment supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux
- 2+ years of experience with DNS, DHCP, OSI Model and TCP/IP
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
- 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation
- Occasional travel
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent (stated as an option)Requisitos principales
