NRF is looking for an IT System Engineer to strengthen our team.About the jobAs an IT Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for resolving escalated incidents, analyzing technical issues, supporting our IT infrastructure and participating in IT projects.What are you going to do as an IT Systems Engineer?Provide 2nd line support and resolve infrastructure-related incidentsManage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)Configure and monitor our resourcesSupport IT projects, including migrations and upgradesMaintain documentation and enforce security and compliance standardsWhat do you bring as an IT Systems Engineer?3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Engineer in Microsoft environmentsStrong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Microsoft 365 and AzureAbility to automate repetitive IT tasksSolid understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)Familiarity with enterprise virtualization platforms, Linux servers, backup and security solutions.Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindsetFluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plusWhat We OfferFull-time role in a dynamic and successful organizationOpportunities for growth and developmentCompetitive salary and benefitsPerks like gym discounts, flexible scheduling, and hybrid work options
