Job Title: IT Talent Acquisition 360° Location: Madrid, Spain Contract Duration: Long-term Experience Required: 3–5 years in IT recruitment and business Languages: Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and English at B2-C1 level Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite at the Madrid offic About the Role Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, including software engineering, cloud, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Execute active sourcing strategies across multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs. Conduct structured interviews and collaborate with technical teams to assess skills and cultural fit. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from first contact to offer stage. Business Partnering Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, understanding business priorities and translating them into effective hiring strategies. Provide market insights, talent availability analysis, and recommendations to support workforce planning. Influence stakeholders, manage expectations, and guide decision-making with a consultative approach. Participate in business discussions to anticipate talent needs and proactively propose recruitment solutions. Process Management & Optimisation Track and analyse recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, conversion rates, quality of hire) to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement. Leverage technology and automation tools—including AI platforms such as Copilot or ChatGPT—to streamline workflows. Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
