We’re looking for a Java Technical Lead who can guide a talented development team while owning the architecture and quality of critical back-end systems. ✅ Your Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in a collaborative Agile environment. Drive architecture and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications. Provide code-level guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices. Implement and optimize cloud-native services in a Kubernetes ecosystem. Work closely with product and QA teams to ensure technical excellence. Build and manage event-driven systems using Kafka , caching tools, and modern databases. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate their adoption when beneficial. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Java development experience with modern frameworks. Solid experience working in Kubernetes-based environments . Strong leadership and mentoring background. Proficiency in SQL and database design. Hands-on experience with Kafka and distributed caching systems (e.G., Redis, Memcached). Prior iGaming industry experience is required . Familiarity with front-end (HTML, CSS, JS, Angular/React) is a plus . Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. At least B2 level of English.
