Jefe de ventas (BYD) **Position Overview:** We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team of BYD Dealership in Madrid. This individual will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. - Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to improve their performance and customer service skills. - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager. - Ensure the sales team adheres to all sales processes and customer service standards. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities. - Maintain a strong knowledge of the automotive market and competitor activities. - Manage the sales floor, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both customers and staff. - Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary to ensure resolution. - Participate in inventory management, working closely with the product team to ensure the right mix of vehicles is available to meet customer demand. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - A minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent leadership and motivational skills. - Strong communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - A valid driver's license and clean driving record. - Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and bonus structure. - Opportunities for professional development and advancement. - A fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding work environment.
