These hotels are marketed under four brands that allow us to provide our guests with a clear differentiating value in terms of both quality and service:* ### Royal Hideaway Luxury Hotels & Resorts* ### Barceló Hotels & Resorts* ### Occidental Hotels & Resorts* ### Allegro Hotels**Funciones principales:*** ## **Planificar y organizar** la preparación diaria de la partida, asegurando la correcta disposición de materias primas, utensilios y recursos necesarios para un funcionamiento eficiente.* ## **Supervisar y elaborar** las elaboraciones culinarias de acuerdo con las ruedas de menús, recetas establecidas y buenas prácticas de manipulación de alimentos, adaptándose a las necesidades del cliente.* ## **Dirigir y distribuir tareas** dentro de la partida, coordinando y supervisando el trabajo del equipo (cocineros/as y ayudantes) para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los platos.* ## **Controlar la limpieza, conservación y reposición** de alimentos, equipos y espacios de trabajo correspondientes a su sección.* ## **Verificar y asegurar** la correcta cumplimentación de registros y controles higiénico‐sanitarios (APPCC) asociados a su partida.* ## **Colaborar en la recepción, almacenamiento y reposición interna de géneros**, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos y las indicaciones del jefe de cocina.## **Formación:*** ## Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Dirección de Cocina y/o en Hostelería.* ## Valorable Grado en Turismo.* ## Formación acreditada en **APPCC** y seguridad alimentaria.## **Experiencia:*** ## Experiencia mínima de **2 años** en un puesto similar dentro de cocina profesional, preferiblemente en hoteles o establecimientos de alta capacidad.## **Conocimientos adicionales valorables:*** ## Manejo de herramientas informáticas básicas.* ## Conocimientos en hostelería y cocina (productos, técnicas, maquinaria y utensilios).# **Your benefits:**\*You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible, collaborative, and responsible work environment, surrounded by the best colleagues.\* We understand that a committed and experienced team is essential for growth.
