Junior Architect
Join Househam Henderson as a Junior Architect. We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic junior architect to join our growing international practice in Madrid, Spain.

We back architectural talent and provide opportunities to advance your career. As a junior architect you’ll experience a wide range of job phases, from concept to completion, and work closely with senior colleagues in a friendly, supportive team.
Education and Experience
Most projects pass rapidly from concept to completion, offering valuable site experience.
You’ll work with a range of stakeholders on major client accounts in commercial sectors such as data centres, logistics, offices, retail and hospitality.
Travel opportunities are available for projects outside Spain, across Latin America and Europe.
This role suits recently qualified architects, architectural technologists and interior designers.
Your Skills and Experience
1–2 years of professional experience, ideally across some project stages in a relevant sector.
Strong design skills and technical knowledge.
Solid working knowledge of Revit (minimum one year), AutoCAD and MS Office.
Confident verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent team‑working skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English (additional languages are an advantage).

Hybrid Working
Work from home up to two days a week after the probation period, with the remaining time in our Madrid office.
