Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our Learning & Development team. This junior role is ideal for someone passionate about talent development and eager to grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be part of a young team and actively contribute to key learning and development projects.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation and management of the new LMS platform, including content upload, usage tracking, and issue resolution.
Assist in the identification of training needs through interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
Manage communication with training providers, including requesting proposals, coordinating logistics, and evaluating outcomes.
Ensure high standards of quality in both internal and external training through content review, participant feedback, and learning KPIs.
Participate in the coordination of cross training programs.
Contribute to the internal communication of learning and development initiatives, ensuring and engaging and consistent employee experience.

Requirements
University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, Labour Relations or related fields.
Previous experience or internship in human resources.
Fluent level in the English and Spanish language (written and verbal).
Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
