We are looking for a Junior QA. We are a multinational engineering organization focused on people and our product. As a passionate and proactive Junior QA, you will play an active role in our Agile environment as part of our valued QA department. From day one, you will take on responsibilities for ensuring the stability, functionality, quality and performance of our products by using QA tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Your goal will be to help identify and resolve issues, contributing to an exceptional user experience. Performing a variety of tests, such as regression, integration and performance testing to validate software stability. Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, identifying defects and areas for improvement. Reporting issues and bugs in Jira, ensuring all findings are documented clearly. Attending daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues and potential blockers. Collaborating with QA, development and business teams to ensure complete and thorough testing. Researching and utilizing testing tools to improve automation and performance. Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in QA. At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance. Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools and processes. Knowledge of test manual tools. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test cases and bug reports. Understanding of manual and automated testing processes. Fluent or proficient in English (Spanish is a plus). Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Exposure to testing frameworks (e.G., Selenium, Cypress).
